ok guys, this a serious post.
a very serious post about my love for macaroni and cheese.
i made this recipe a few months ago for my boyfriend and whoa was it amazing.
i have been thinking about it ever since.
it is the perfect balance of all three cheeses and the ham is delicious. the only change i made to the recipe was using large shell noodles instead of egg noodles. delish.
it's not pretty, but dang is it good.
needless to say, i'm going to make it again very soon.
