what i love about winter weekends: there is always a christmas themed party, sweets are usually involved, dressing up, and seeing old friends. on friday, lamar and i had a last minute date night with our friends daniel and mary hannah. the rest of the weekend was filled with my annual cookie swap party, an ornament swap party, and a night out with my older sister julie. whew, what a weekend! now, i have to actually begin my christmas shopping. yikes.
1. there was gingerbread house making...
2. needless to say, it looked like a first grader decorated it.
3. me and mary hannah cooked a really good dinner. mary hannah made an amazing fried pork chop dish... 4. and i made my favorite baked macaroni.
5. my little kitten, moosie. oh, i love that wild cat.
6. yum! the cookies made this year for my 5th annual cookie party where delicious. these, made by my friend kristine, were perfect!
7. three of my oldest friends. i have known all three of them since elementary school!
